Wayne Adams
Through the construction and deconstruction of loops and methods of interaction Adams offers an engaging way of examining our aspirations, the current social obsession with the notion of ‘the celebrity’ and the nature of how this social phenomena occurs. His aim is not to offer an explanation of these ideas, but to offer up an idea for the audience to explore.
Lewis Hamilton
- A speaker rotates at 45 RPM with a looped voice recording being played through it. The voice recording is the Artist imitating Lewis Hamiltons fastest lap at the silverston GP in the 2011 F1 season. The aim is to create a doppler effect with audio from the sculpture so that the endless loop can be heard as a different set of individual events.
